Our PhD student Bjarne Schulz has been awared the Erwin-Stephan-Preis from Technische Universität Berlin. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemistry within ten semesters, graduating in 2024 with a grade of 1.0. In recognition of his outstanding academic achievements and rapid progression through both programmes, he was selected as the sole Master’s laureate of the university for 2024/25. Research stays at the Technion in Israel and the University of Edinburgh further strengthened his profile and contributed to his selection. The €2,500 award provided support at the start of his PhD studies in Vienna.
